Release note: How to remove products
This guide provides a step-by-step process for efficiently removing products from your inventory using a CSV file format. By following these instructions, users can ensure that the correct products are deleted accurately, minimizing errors and saving time. It also emphasizes the importance of using unique IDs to maintain consistency during the removal process. When you upload a file you can select a column with unique IDs, so it also would be possible to use the same file used for uploading the files and select the column with the unique IDs of products you want to delete.
Remove products

Click on Products in the menu

In the product window, click on Remove Products
The Remove product(s) dialog will come up and from here you can select a file by clicking on Select product file. Make sure to select the field terminator used in your file, you can select that in the Select field terminator dropdown. When you have selected the right file and seperator you can click on Continue for the next dialog.


Click in the input field

Select an unique ID, in this example we go with EAN
Make sure to use the unique ID you have used when uploading here
Click Upload File and the products will be deleted. You can check back on this by clicking on Activities in the menu.
Example file
The file you can use for this is very simple. This is an example of a file you can use. Ofcourse replace the header with the value you have used when uploading the files and the EANs with the EANs of the products you actually want to delete. Create the file in excel for example, put the values in and make sure to save as a .csv file.
